Dynasties of Asia offers this beautiful set of antique Chinese catalpa wood cabinets, which originated from Tianjin Province (just east of Beijing).  They are approximately 100 years old. 

Catalpa wood is light weight and soft and was used to make antique Chinese furniture because it is  resistant to insects and corrosion.

Our catalpa wood cabinet set has a natural wax applied which provides a natural, clean yet rustic look.

Additionally the antique cabinet set has original bronze hardware throughout.

We believe that this antique Chinese catalpa wood cabinet set is in exceptional condition and is worthy of investment.
