This type of cap was worn by court officers or aides of low ranking in Q'ing era China.

The antique court officer's silk cap is in remarkable condition, as is the lacquered case.

This cap and case were made during the early Q'ing Dynasty, approx 300 years ago. 

A must have for the collector who wants to display such a unique antique Chinese item.
