The lection is comprised of Tara prayers with 21 manifestations (sGrol-ma nyi shu rtsa cig). The red seal is that of a lama or his labrang (private office). It is possible that this prayer was commissioned as a token of appreciation toward the lama's lineage masters or tutelary deity.
